This program aims to guide rural women on nutrition and diet, which otherwise often gets neglected in day-to-day chores. Rural societies fail to understand that the health of the entire family depends on the mother as, in most Indian households, she determines how food is to be cooked & served. Considering mothers as the focal point of a community’s health, Cosmo Foundation conducts awareness programs by professional clinical nutritionists. We also conduct webinars on the same topic for Balmitras to spread this knowledge in the community at large.

We conduct a series of training sessions that educate rural students on maintaining hygiene in school premises, correct use of toilets, and ensuring cleanliness during mid-day meals. This is achieved by employing interactive & engaging methods like puppet shows, drawing competitions, wall paintings, and Swachh School competitions.
